Director's Secretary Worcester with a balance of home and office working £31,453 - £33,108 per year 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday We have an exciting opportunity for a conscientious Secretary with a keen eye for detail to join our Property Services Team. You will be responsible for supporting the Operations Director - Property Services with day-to-day tasks, diary management and prioritising workload. Our Property Services function is responsible for the maintenance and management of Sanctuary's properties varying from day-to-day repairs to reinvestment of properties. Whilst primarily working independently with frequent contact with the Operations Director, you will also be in regular contact with a wide variety of staff within Property Services and your work will often require input from Heads of Service reporting into the Operations Director. The role of Director's Secretary will include: Supporting the Operations Director with day-to-day tasks and prioritising workload Managing the Operations Director's diary Ensuring deadlines are met for yourself and the Operations Director Responding to ad hoc requests as necessary Preparing and collating information and reports on behalf of the Operations Director in a timely manner Communicating effectively and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external providers, including responding to emails on the Operations Director's behalf Managing the resolution of HR processes, including recruitment and approving annual leave and expenses claims Skills and experiences: Previous experience in a similar role providing secretarial support, or an NVQ in business administration Ability to 'think on your feet' and solve problems Experience working with commercially sensitive and confidential data Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads Excellent organisation skills Why work for us?
