Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Specialist to provide day-to-day support during the implementation of the Workday system. This role is central to ensuring smooth adoption across the organisation, supporting users, and maintaining data integrity.
Salary range: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 (as listed by Ashley Kate HR & Finance). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain training documentation and user guides.
* Deliver training and provide support on Workday functionality.
* Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
* Identify and correct data gaps or discrepancies.
* Support User Acceptance Testing.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating where necessary.
* Attend project meetings and raise support tickets/change requests.
* Carry out other tasks as required to support the Workday rollout.
* Uphold company values and comply with conduct rules.
* Travel to other offices as needed.
