What you’ll be doing:
* Running your branch like it’s your own business in a competitive, sales-focused environment
* Building strong relationships with traders and customers
* Recruiting, training, and leading a small, motivated team to hit targets
* Driving profitability through sales, margin growth, and cost control
* Creating a winning culture – we work hard, but we have fun doing it!
What we’re looking for:

* A proven sales professional, who enjoys exceeding targets

* A full UK driving licence (travel is required for training)
* No bathroom experience? No problem! If you have the right attitude, we’ll provide full training.
