Job Opportunity: Property Manager
Location: Midlands Based
About the Role:
Jackson Hogg is currently partnering with a leading provider of care services across the UK, in their search for a Regional Surveyor to oversee property management across a portfolio of care homes in the Midlands. This is a key role ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments for residents and staff.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead all aspects of property and facilities management across multiple care homes
* Deliver planned preventative maintenance and manage capital improvement projects
* Support and guide on-site maintenance teams and manage external contractors
* Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, especially around health and safety
* Work closely with operations and act as the property lead for inspections and emergencies
* Contribute to budget planning and control, while ensuring quality standards are met
What We’re Looking For:
* Ideally RICS-qualified or working towards, or holding a relevant building/facilities management qualification
* Strong background in property maintenance, building compliance, or project management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working within regulated environments such as healthcare or residential care
* A proactive, safety-first mindset with a commitment to safeguarding and legal compliance
