We're Hiring: Senior Industrial Designer (Furniture)

Are you a passionate Industrial Designer ready to make your mark in the world of innovative office furniture? Join our dynamic design team and play a pivotal role in shaping cutting-edge products for international markets.
At the forefront of our New Product Development (NPD) efforts, you’ll work alongside a talented team of Designers and Engineers, transforming user needs and global trends into beautifully designed, manufacturable solutions.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Design and develop components across various materials and processes.
2. Conduct research into user needs, international trends, compliance standards, and manufacturing technologies to support concept development.
3. Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
4. Specify mechanical and manufacturing attributes to meet volume, cost, and quality targets.
5. Generate BOMs and contribute to cost analysis and design for assembly/disassembly.
6. Collaborate closely with suppliers, production teams, and quality control to resolve design issues and drive continuous improvement.
7. Support prototype creation and facilitate internal evaluation and product testing.
8. Manage early-phase project milestones to ensure timely and effective delivery.
9. Provide regular updates to the board of directors and international stakeholders.
10. Assist with the successful transition of new products into production.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experienced industrial designer, ideally with a background in furniture or related fields.
2. Proficient in SolidWorks for both 3D and 2D design.
3. Knowledgeable in materials, manufacturing processes, and cost-effective design.
4. Understanding of international compliance standards and testing protocols.
5. Strong communicator and team player with the ability to lead by example and support junior team members.
