Job Description
Do you have the skills to be an amazing Care Assistant/Support Worker?
Each day will be different, and you’ll need to think on your feet—whether it’shelping a client withmobility, assisting them with daily routines likebathing and dressing, or simply sitting down to enjoy a cup of tea together.
You will need a listening ear, ready to hear incredible life stories, and sometimes, offering a simple chat to brighten our clients’ day. And providing an extra pair of eyes when needed, tokeep track of medication, or helping a client find their glasses.
You don’t need to be a Michelin star chef, but if you can make a cup of tea andhelp prepare a light meal, you’re just who we need. You might also be called upon to help withlight housekeepingor organising their home so that it’ssafe and comfortable.

Qualifications
Previous experience of working within a care home, domiciliary care or other care setting is essential. You will also need to be caring, compassionate and a good listener.
