Harte Recruitment are pleased to offer a perfect position in a maintenance and contractor organisation, if you're the kind of person who doesn't let things drift, keeps people informed and sees things through properly, this Maintenance Co-ordinator role will feel like a good fit.

This isn't a sit-back admin role. It's a Maintenance Co-ordinator position where you'll take ownership of customer issues from the moment they're raised right through to resolution. Calls, emails, chasing contractors, keeping homeowners updated. You're the one making sure things get sorted.

The team is solid, supportive and knows what good looks like, but they're stretched. They need a Maintenance Co-ordinator who can come in, pick things up quickly and bring structure back into a busy environment.

The Package

* £29,000 DOE, plus discretionary company bonus scheme up to 5% of Basic
* 37.5 hours per week, flexible working hours between 8am - 9.30am start time 4.30pm - 6pm finish time
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Life insurance (2x salary)
* 4% pension

* Able to purchase and sell holidays

The Maintenance Co-ordinator Role

* Logging defects and customer issues from calls and emails
* Coordinating contractors and scheduling works
* Chasing progress and keeping cases moving
* Managing issues through to completion
* Keeping homeowners informed throughout
* Monitoring timelines and stepping in when needed
* Supporting the Customer Service Manager with updates and reporting

The Person

* All property management, maintenance co-ordinator backgrounds across residential or commercial sectors will be considered.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple cases at once
* Confident on the phone and just as strong in written communication
* Someone who follows things through, not just logs and leaves them
* Comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment
* Proactive, steady and able to keep control when things get hectic
* Experienced within new build customer care (preferred)
* Driving (ideal, not essential)
