The Opportunity: Hire Controller
Contract: 6 Month FTC
Location: Haydock
The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. If you don’t feel like you meet all of the role criteria outlined below please don’t let that discourage you from applying.
Responsibilities
* Create 150 on / off hires per month
* Coordinate quotes to customers in line with the correct National Account price lists
* Complete and send hire agreements to customers for signing prior to delivery
* Plan transport and workshop requirements in line with agreed SLA’s
* Develop close relationships with the sales teams to ensure regular contact to customers is maintained and the complete Briggs offering is exposed.
* Create accurate invoicing for all hire transactions and additional revenue transactions
* Initiate the Customer Concern process when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ensure customer order numbers are retrieved for invoicing purposes
* Ensure KPI’s are completed as and when requested

* Significant experience in a Hire Controller Role
* Demonstrable experience using the Microsoft package
