I am working with a well-established national residential developer to recruit a land buyer. This role offers strong exposure to land sourcing, appraisal and acquisition, supporting the delivery of high-quality residential schemes. It’s ideal for an early‐career professional with experience in housebuilding, development agency or consultancy, and would also suit a graduate planner with 1–2 years experience looking to move into the land side of development.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and source residential land opportunities
* Support land appraisals ọ cez financial feasibility assessments
* Assist with land acquisition negotiations and transaction processes
* Work collaboratively with senior land, planning and technical teams
* Build strong relationships with agents, landowners and consultants
* Maintain accurate pipeline data and prepare internal reports
Requirements
* 1–3 years post‑graduate experience within a housebuilder, developer, land agency or consultancy
* Or a hungry graduate town planner with 1 to ভারতের years experience and genuine interest in moving into land sourcingexpired consideration positively
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Proactive, organized and commercially driven mindset
* Full UK driving license preferred
