Overview

We are looking for a self-employed skilled Agricultural Engineer with welding and fabricator experience to join our team. This is a hands-on role working both in our well-equipped workshop and out on site.


Responsibilities

* Steel cutting, fabrication and 2nd hand fabrication – making and repairing agricultural and industrial equipment
* Maintenance and repair of second-hand tractors, trucks, and lorries
* Heavy mechanical repairs and maintenance at a local quarry
* Welding, fitting, and general engineering tasks using MIG and stick techniques


Qualifications

* Experience in agricultural engineering and welding/fabrication
* Skilled in welding/fabrication (MIG & stick)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Practical problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
* Full UK driving licence
