Parts & Service Sales Representative – Kalmar
Kalmar is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Representative to support the UK & Ireland markets. Reporting to the UK Service Manager, this role requires a data‑driven approach to identify sales opportunities for parts and service solutions while building and sustaining relationships with existing and new customers to drive profitable sales growth.

* Proactively analyse gaps and future trends to seize sales opportunities for parts and service solutions for the UK & Ireland.
* Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with both existing and new customers to drive profitable sales growth.

What You Bring To The Role
* Qualifications: Degree level education or equivalent experience, and a formal recognised sales qualification (or working towards), e.g. ISMM.
* Safety Commitment: Strong awareness and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
* Data‑informed sales approach: Self‑starter with drive; proven ability to convert data into sales opportunities; telesales experience; ability to develop sales strategy and plans and identify opportunities.
* Industry Insight: Understanding of the materials handling industry, ideally with knowledge of Kalmar products and services.
* Customer Focus: Attentive to customer needs and market dynamics; adept at building and maintaining relationships.
* Team Player: Collaborative and effective communicator with colleagues and clients to achieve shared goals.
