Duties and Responsibilities Land Registry registrations submitted via Infotrack and where necessary The Land Registry Portal Landlords Notices and fees and compliance with restrictions Updating Lender Exchange, LMS and other Lender Panels and HTB ISA portal Assisting with remaining balances on files alongside the fee earners Ensure all training is up to date e.g., CPD Comply with SRA/Lexcel regulations Knowledge, skills, and experience Essential At least 1 years experience of working in a conveyancing department Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all firm employees and clients Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments Create, review, analyse, document, and implement guidelines, standards, and procedures as part of continuous improvement initiatives Proficient in MS office applications
