Graduate Urban Drainage Modeller - 2026 (Brighton) – based in Brighton, England, United Kingdom, joining the 2026 Graduate Programme at Stantec.
Responsibilities
* Based in Brighton and joining the 2026 Graduate Programme with Stantec.
* Work with major regulated water companies across the UK & Ireland as part of Stantec’s wastewater network modelling discipline.
* Engage with projects from conception through delivery, driving innovation and excellence in water infrastructure.
* Support on wastewater hydraulic modelling and model building, optioneering, and feasibility design projects.
* Contribute to integrated urban drainage modelling, resilience and security of supply studies, surge analysis, and water quality modelling.
* Develop innovative solutions for complex water infrastructure challenges alongside senior engineers.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or Hydraulic Engineering, Geography, or a water-based subject such as Hydrology) with an interest in specialising in the water industry.
* Adaptable, persevering, collaborative, and a problem-solver.
* Unconditional right to live and work in the UK for an indefinite period without limitation.
* Office pattern: graduates are expected to be in the office 4 days per week to receive support and team interaction.
