ABOUT THE ROLE…
We have a passion for Making Memories in Manorview, whether it be a first or a last, we want our clients and guests to have an experience they will never forget. This role is key to ensure we can deliver this
As Group Wedding and Events Sales Specialist you weddings and events sales is at the heart will lead your department to secure leads for weddings and events, tailoring their packages to make sure their special day is as perfect as they want

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
* Generating managing sales leads to optimise bookings for the Manorview Collection of wedding venues
* Participating in meetings with the Senior Management and wider sales team to discuss areas of focus for your venue
* Collaborate with the Operations Team, detailing a full handover for preparation of Weddings and Events
* Managing your schedule accordingly, to fully maximise opportunities within our venues
* Accurately provide reports for Senior Management Team and The Support Team
* Host show rounds for our guests, offering a world class experience, providing quotations and securing bookings for their once in a life time experience
Other Adhoc duties will be required from time to time also, which will be discussed to you in advance

A UK Full Driving Lisence is required for this role
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED…
* A Minimum of 2 Years Sales Experiences (Essential)
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload (Essential)
* Excellent communication skills (Essential)
* Experience with RezControl PMS Systems (Desirable)
We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
