You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants, drive value engineering, and secure planning approvals where required. Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, supporting bid submissions, negotiating strategic packages, and delivering robust pre-construction programmes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pre-construction management, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
