Role Summary As a Customs Clearance Agent, you will be responsible for processing import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and delivering excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment.
Process import/export documentation in line with customs regulations.
* Communicate with customers via email and phone.
* Complete supplementary declarations (office hours and on call).
* Stay current with customs regulations and participate in training.
* Manage shipping requests and provide booking confirmations.
Experience in customs clearance or a similar logistics role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and customs systems.
