Morgan McKinley, Northern Home Counties is proud to be supporting an Automotive business located in Brackley. We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Management Accountant to support our client's finance team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexibility while contributing to key day-to-day financial operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
* Handle Purchase Ledger duties and supplier invoicing
* Reconcile Supplier Statements and follow up on discrepancies
* Process invoices and ensure timely entries into the accounting system
* Resolve supplier queries and maintain strong vendor relationships
* General finance admin support and assistance with month-end tasks
* Contribute to a smooth-running accounts function
Person Specification:
* Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance support role
* Confident handling purchase ledger, invoicing, and supplier accounts
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 3-4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: 4 weeks
