Office Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 doe
Location: Manchester City Centre (Fully Onsite)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times
Contract: Permanent

The Role
As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office across
operations, facilities and employee support.
Office Operations
Oversee daily office activities, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workplace
Manage supplies, equipment and service providers
Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and events
Handle post, courier services and general office administration
Maintain accurate documentation and internal systems
Facilities Management
Liaise with building management and external contractors
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with minimal disruption
Ensure compliance with health & safety and landlord requirements
Oversee cleaning and general upkeep
Manage visitor access and meeting room preparation
Employee Support
Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries
Assist with travel bookings, meeting logistics and catering arrangements
Maintain a visible, approachable presence within the office
Help foster a positive, collaborative working environment
IT & Infrastructure
Liaise with IT support and vendors
Manage IT equipment inventory and procurement
Provide basic troubleshooting support where required
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
Previous experience in a broad administrative or office management role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience liaising with suppliers or facilities providers

Basic IT troubleshooting confidence
