Our Client is looking for a confident Client Manager to join an in-house creative and production team that partners with some of the biggest names in the beauty and retail industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage high-profile digital, video, and editorial projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver best-in-class content.
The role:
* Act as the main client contact, managing briefs and relationships.
* Deliver SEO-led digital and video content projects across multiple channels.
* Lead meetings, presentations, and approvals.
* Coordinate editorial, YouTube, and campaign content with internal and external partners.
* Manage budgets, scopes, and timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
What you’ll bring:
* 4+ years’ client/project management experience in an agency or creative environment.
* Proven track record delivering digital, UX/UI or CMS-led projects.
* Experience running shoots (video or stills) within production environments.
* Skilled in project management methodologies, able to juggle multiple deadlines.
* Confident communicator and relationship builder with a proactive mindset.
Contract role – initial term with potential extension
