This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery across laptop deployments, break/fix hardware support, IT peripherals, procurement fulfilment, and mobile data/SIM management. Oversee the delivery of second-line hardware support, laptop builds/deployments, and device lifecycle management. Ensure timely fulfilment of IT procurement requests and manage supplier relationships to maintain stock levels and service consistency. Manage mobile data/SIM provisioning, usage monitoring, and cost control. Define, track and report on KPIs and SLAs, using performance data to drive continuous improvement.
