Our client is an award-winning architectural practice specialising in luxury private residential and hospitality projects across the UK and internationally. Known for a meticulous approach and high standards, the team works on exceptional properties, often with historic significance, delivering bespoke design solutions tailored to each client.
Role & Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver high-end private residential and hospitality projects from concept to completion
* Manage client relationships and coordinate with a broad consultant team
* Oversee technical design and detailing, ensuring quality and compliance with UK
* Building and Planning Regulations
* Mentor and manage junior team members
* Undertake contract administration where required.
Required Skills & Experience
* ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years' post-Part 3 experience in the UK
* Proven experience delivering luxury private residential projects
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS software
* Strong technical design and detailing skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
* Conservation and heritage project experience desirable.
