What You’ll Be Doing
* Own all customer-related administration, including portals and back-order management.
* Ensure orders, amendments, and reports are actioned within agreed SLAs, delivering exceptional service.
* Develop strong and professional relationships with customers, account managers, and internal departments.
* Take responsibility for escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
What You’ll Bring

* Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); SAP systems experience (bonus points).
