Job overview
1. The Group Health & Safety Manager is fully accountable for setting the standards in relation to Heath, Safety and Environment across all sites within our clients Group.
2. This role involves setting the strategic direction for health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and driving a proactive safety culture across all sites.
3. The manager will lead a team of safety of experts which include a Health and Safety Advisor, Site Leaders and other Safety Representatives and ensure that the businesss health and safety standards are consistently met, with a focus on reducing risk, preventing incidents, and fostering a culture of safety.
4. We need someone whohas involvementin the group dealings. Preferably dealings with Europe as well as UK.
