The Best Connection are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives ready for an immediate start to join an established company in the Chichester area entering their peak period. Youll be working in a fast-paced production environment, helping to prepare, package, and quality-check food products to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
Applicants must have access totheir own transport or live locally due to the location of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quality checking, weighing and labelling
* Preparing food products
* Setting up and operating production machinery safely
* Working with a team to meet daily targets
* Adhering to Food Safety guidelines and wearing the correct PPE
* Cleaning and maintaining workstation
Requirements:
* Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential full training provided
* Strong attention to detail Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive tasks
* Good timekeeping and reliability
* Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures
