Join our vibrant Children's team at Keech Hospice Care as a Senior Children’s Nurse (Full/Part Time). Contribute to providing high-quality end-of-life care, symptom management, and short break stays to children and their families across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Milton Keynes.
We are currently seeking a dynamic, fun Children’s Nurses who understand and values the importance of making the most of a child and families cherished time and is keen to expand their skills and expertise by joining a friendly and forward thinking team?

Assessing and delivering a holistic family-centred care, ensuring our patients and their families receive the care they deserve.
Drive the continuity of our Children’s Services and offering the care and support during moments of crisis, ensuring that no family feels alone in their time of need.
Creating a sincere communication approach of understanding and empathy that supports children, young people and families, ensuring that every voice is heard within our multi-disciplinary team.
Extend a compassionate hand in times of profound loss and transition, offering not just care, but comfort and solace to families.
Supporting families to navigate the complexities of healthcare decisions with the sensitivity and understanding of a trusted ally.
Ensuring that every transition from hospice or hospital to the community or hospice setting is orchestrated with care and consideration for the unique needs and wishes of each individual and family
NMC Registered Children’s Nurse
Demonstratable range of skills as an experienced Children’s Nurse
Excellent communications skills
Symptom Management & End of Life care experience
Have an adaptable approach to a changing work environment
Held a similar post or willingness to learn new skills within Palliative care
Experience in being a shift leader with the ability to delegate tasks
A compassionate communicator with the ability to create an atmosphere of trust and support amongst team, patients and their families
