Creative and Compassionate Educators Wanted
Role: Tutor
Location: Mansfield and surrounding areas
Hours: Part:time, flexible (typically during the school day)
Salary: GBP25:GBP30 per hour (DOE)
Start Date: Ongoing recruitment

Who You Are
* A qualified teacher, experienced tutor, youth worker, or someone with a background in education, coaching or mentoring
* Passionate about helping young people who are out of mainstream education (e.g. SEMH, SEND, EOTAS, AP)
* Creative in your approach, tailoring sessions to each learners interests and strengths
* Empathetic and emotionally intelligent : able to build trust and spark confidence
* Not afraid to throw out the rulebook when its not serving the learner
What Youll Do
* Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition in core subjects : but through a flexible, creative and relationship:first lens
* Plan engaging, relevant sessions that meet learners where they are : academically and emotionally
* Work closely with Randstads team to track learner progress beyond grades: confidence, engagement, and curiosity matter too
* Help young people reconnect with the idea that they can learn : and that learning can be joyful
