You’ll play a key role in keeping transactions moving efficiently while maintaining regulatory and documentation standards. You’ll work closely with underwriting, intermediaries, and third parties, managing a live pipeline and contributing to a culture that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a hands on role with real responsibility rather than volume driven processing. Package & Benefits • Salary £40,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Company The business is an established specialist property finance lender with over 15 years’ experience in the market. It supports customers who fall outside high street criteria and operates across complex, intermediary led mortgage lending within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage the mortgage offer and completion process, ensuring accurate and timely production of offer packs. • Monitor and progress a completions pipeline, resolving conditions and liaising with third parties to achieve completion. • Ensure all completions activity complies with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service level expectations. About You • Minimum of 1 year’s experience working within a mortgage completions team in a similar industry. • Experience handling offer documentation, conditions, and completion workflows. • Background working in a regulated environment with an understanding of FCA and Consumer Duty requirements.
