About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who takes pride in producing quality food, enjoys working within a supportive team environment, and is eager to continue developing their skills within a busy hospitality setting.
As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your section whilst supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering consistently high standards of food and service.
What Youll Be Doing
Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to company standards
Running your designated section during service
Supporting senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
Assisting with stock rotation and maintaining kitchen organisation
Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety standards are followed
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
Helping to maintain a positive and professional kitchen culture
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
Good organisation and time management skills
Ability to remain calm and focused during busy services
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team player with good communication skills
Knowledge of food hygiene standards and kitchen safety procedures
