As the Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care. You’ll lead and inspire clinical and care teams, support the Home Manager in daily operations, and contribute to creating a warm, safe, and enriching environment for residents. Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Home Manager:
Lead and mentor care and clinical teams to uphold exceptional care standards
Oversee clinical practice and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Support with assessments, care planning, and audits
Participate in on-call duties
Deliver and support training initiatives
Liaise effectively with residents, families, and external professionals

About You:
You will be an enthusiastic and organised leader with strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care. A valid NMC PIN and registered nurse qualification are essential. Experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, or Nursing Manager within a care home setting would be highly advantageous.
