Salary: £130–£170 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role
Connex Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers for an upcoming role in the Halewood area. This is a full-time class teaching role commencing in January 2026 for maternity leave. Ideally, we would like to complete a handover period during December 2025.
The school are seeking an experienced teacher for this position, however they are happy to consider applications from ECTs who have specific experience in leading a KS1 classroom recently.

Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS.
* Experience teaching in primary schools.
* Good working knowledge of the primary curriculum.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
* Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one through Connex.
