AIM Assessment Officer – Salary between £40,777 to 47,181 pro rota. We are looking for a part‑time AIM assessment trained Social Worker to complete Criminal, Welfare and Prevention AIM assessments in statutory time‑scales. As part of your role, you will assess the needs of individual children using the AIM3 assessment framework, design and implement high quality interventions and thorough safety plans where there are reports of Harmful Sexual Behaviour, provide direct social work assistance to child perpetrators and victims of HSB to ensure they are protected and provided with the necessary support, and work with families and establish and develop effective collaborative working relationships with our partner agencies to deliver the best outcomes. This is a 18.5 hour per week position in accordance with service requirements.
