Role Description
This is a full-time office based role for an Office Administrator based in Chelmsford with some work from home flexibility. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office equipment, handling communication tasks, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include scheduling, data entry, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with client inquiries.

* Proficiency with Office Equipment
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Experience in a similar role is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous
