MCS Group is recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established organisation within the pharmacy and retail sector to appoint a Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator to join their Head Office team based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and results-driven digital marketing professional with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling to support and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across a multi-site organisation operating across Northern Ireland. The Role Reporting to senior leadership, the Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator will play a key role in the planning, execution and delivery of digital and offline marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include: Plan, execute and support marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including seasonal activity, working within agreed budgets. Assist with content planning, promotions and lead generation initiatives. Co-ordinate with sales and internal teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with wider business goals. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and insights, including competitor analysis. Develop and execute PPC campaigns across relevant media channels. Utilise data insights including sales analytics, service performance, loyalty data and customer engagement metrics to inform marketing activity. Identify and utilise new media opportunities to promote services and retail offerings. Design and Creative Design marketing materials including social media graphics, digital screen images, email visuals, brochures, flyers, presentations, print materials, advertisements and advertorials. Liaise with local print suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective point-of-sale materials. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets. Collaborate on website visuals, landing pages and basic user interface elements. Work with suppliers to obtain, adapt and resize creative assets for different platforms and formats. Digital and Content Create visually engaging content for social media, websites, digital screens, email, SMS and direct-to-customer campaigns. Support video, motion graphics or animation activity where applicable. Produce strong captions and marketing copy to support creative campaigns. General Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation. Support and oversee placement students as required. Undertake training as deemed necessary, demonstrating flexibility within the role. The Person Essential Criteria Degree and relevant experience. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads under pressure. Full driving licence and access to transport.
