We’re now looking for a Head of Billing Operations to take ownership of our billing function and lead it into the next stage of growth.
Role
This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll set the strategic direction for all billing operations. You’ll ensure that our processes are accurate, compliant, and customer-focused, while developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.

You’ll be responsible for
* Leading the billing function with vision, setting strategic goals and operational priorities.
* Ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant billing processes.
* Coaching and developing managers, team leaders, and senior advisors to create a motivated, value-led culture.
* Monitoring performance metrics, driving improvements, and delivering on KPIs.
* Identifying and mitigating operational and regulatory risks.
* Leading change initiatives and embedding best practice in billing operations.
* Acting as a strong advocate for customers, ensuring their needs shape our processes.
* Collaborating with internal teams, industry partners, and regulators.
About you
We’re looking for a proven leader who thrives on accountability and has a track record of delivering results in a complex operational environment. You’ll bring:
* Experience leading billing or large-scale operational functions.
* Strong strategic and operational leadership skills.
* The ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
* A customer-first mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management within the energy or utilities sector (desirable).
* A passion for continuous learning, improvement, and delivering value.
