Salary: £40k - £45k + Company car/ car allowance + Brilliant benefits

About the Role
In 2025, we were placed number 52 on the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development list for large organisations, a place we are super proud of, but we believe that we can get higher on the list and so we are recruiting a Talent Development Business Partner for our ever-growing business.
As a Talent Development Business Partner, you will be experienced in all elements of learning and Development, including researching, creating and delivering training sessions and programmes across our business. As a business who has a successful Apprenticeship framework in place, uses Insight Discovery and has a focus on empowering and developing our people to be the best in class, we already have a great footprint to build from.
This role will also include some HR Activities to support the People Business Partners along with leading our Wellbeing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Research, create, and deliver learning and development sessions and programmes across the business.
* Support the People Business Partners with HR activities.
* Lead the Wellbeing strategy.
* Maintain and expand our successful Apprenticeship framework and use of Insight Discovery.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a similar position such as Talent and Development Business Partner, Talent Development Specialist, Talent Development Manager, Talent Development Advisor, Learning and Development Business Partner, or Learning and Development Specialist.
* Strong knowledge of learning and development practices.
* Ability to work across the UK and remote.
Location & Travel
Ideally based in the Northwest of England but will include travel across the UK as we continue to expand.
