The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join a busy team, offering expert guidance on employee relations, policies, and people initiatives. You’ll play a key role in supporting multiple areas of the organisation, contributing to key HR projects and helping to strengthen employee capability through coaching and training.

What’s Required?
* CIPD Level 5 qualified, with a strong background in HR advisory work
* Confidence handling employee relations cases
* Experience coaching managers and influencing outcomes
* Comfortable delivering training and supporting HR projects
