Overview
We are working with a number of leading Magic Circle and US law firms in London who are seeking experienced Legal Secretaries to support high-performing fee earners across a variety of practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, Finance and Real Estate.
These roles offer the opportunity to work within fast-paced, high-calibre environments, supporting senior stakeholders on complex, high-profile matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing full secretarial and PA support to partners and fee earners
* Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel
* Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence
* Handling client communications and acting as a key point of contact
* Supporting billing processes, time recording and expenses
* Assisting with file management and document control
* Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm environment
* Strong document production and formatting skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* High level of attention to detail and discretion
