Plumber Bristol | Full-Time | Permanent We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our maintenance team supporting commercial buildings across London. This is a day-shift only position, ideal for someone seeking stability, work-life balance, and pride in delivering high-quality mechanical work in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out mechanical maintenance, repairs, and small works on commercial HVAC, pumps, pipework, and plant systems * Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to mechanical breakdowns * Work from technical drawings and maintenance schedules * Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations * Liaise with site teams and other trades to ensure smooth operations across sites Requirements: * Mechanical trade qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) * Experience working in commercial buildings or facilities maintenance * Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing systems, and building services * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of work What You’ll Get: * £38,000 annual salary * Monday to Friday schedule/ 10am-6pm * 1 in 2 call out (new site/no call out history) - extra £3650 per year! * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Pension scheme and training opportunities * Uniform, tools, and travel expenses provided (if mobile)
