Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced credit controller to join our Head Office Sales Ledger team based in Hamilton.
Responsibilities
* Regularly communicate with customers to maintain an up-to-date ledger.
* Liaise with management to resolve issues efficiently.
* Ensure all systems are updated regularly for accounting purposes.
* Contact customers professionally to obtain payments.
* Ensure accounts are paid within the agreed credit terms.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in credit control.
* Proficient in Excel and IT skills.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Ability to work well within a team.
* Organised with the ability to prioritise work independently.
* Knowledge of Kerridge system is preferred but not essential.
