7. Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making
8. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
9. Provide financial insights to drive performance improvements
10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
11. Monitor financial trends and provide recommendations to stakeholders
12. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
13. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
14. Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as required

A successful Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist should have:
