We are looking for a focused and resilient individual to join a busy team in Northampton. This is an immediate requirement where you will take ownership of 3rd party highway claims, specifically focusing on pothole damage and infrastructure-related incidents. The Role Working within a fast-paced environment, you will manage the end-to-end claims process. You will be responsible for: Claims Processing: Managing a high volume of 3rd party highway claims (Pothole damage). Investigation: Reviewing evidence, site reports, and contractor data to determine liability. Stakeholder Liaison: Communicating with claimants, legal teams, and internal highways departments. Data Integrity: Ensuring all claims are logged accurately and progressed within strict legal and internal timelines.This role offers a flexible balance of office and homework: In-Office: 2-3 days per week (Must be in the office every Tuesday and Wednesday).
