Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a leading client to recruit for an Administrator to work within their Health and Safety/Quality Department.
The Administrator will provide support and administrative assistant to the SHEQ team, support SHEQ activities and the promotion of a health and safety culture throughout the business.
The Administrator will be responsible for the following:
1. Book SHEQ related training courses, maintain training records and training matrix.
2. Administer occupational health surveillance programme and maintain associated records.
3. Co-ordinate and facilitate internal and external audits.
4. Update CHAS, Constructionline, etc with required information.
5. Maintain record of inspection and audit reports and findings.
6. Maintain NCPs, complaints, accidents / incidents records.
7. Maintain Document Control for SHEQ processes, policies and procedures.
8. Liaise with HR to arrange SHEQ inductions for new starters and prepare relevant documents.
9. Collate information for reports and meetings.
10. General admin assistance to the SHEQ team.
11. Provide reception cover as required.
The Administrator should be able to demonstrate the following:
12. Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
13. Strong IT skills
14. Extensive experience using MS Excel
15. Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
