A leading global engineering organisation is hiring an HR Shared Services Coordinator to join its People Services team based in West London. This is a hands-on HR operations role, acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries. You'll support core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, guide users through Workday self-service, and ensure a consistent, high quality service within an SLA driven shared services environment. The role also includes on-site support for new starter inductions on a rotational basis.
Key responsibilities:
* First-line support for HR queries via a ticketing system
* Guidance on HR policies, processes, and self-service tools
* End-to-end onboarding and offboarding
* Processing high-volume HR requests accurately and on time
* Escalating complex queries to specialist teams
* Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement
* Using data and insight to enhance service delivery
About you:
