We work in a hybrid approach allowing flexibility, with at least 3 day’s a week in the office. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Paralegal to support our Head of Legal. This is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure to the legal aspects of a dynamic tech consultancy and play a key role in ensuring smooth legal operations. Key Responsibilities: Support the Head of Legal with a varied workload, including drafting documents such as NDAs, Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, and supplier terms. Manage and administer contracts, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or briefing notes to support decision-making. Engage with stakeholders across the business, including organising and leading weekly contract management meetings. Assist with governance and compliance initiatives, helping ensure the business meets legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to facilitate smooth legal operations. Requirements Legal qualifications such as Law degree, conversion course or SQE. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Clear and effective communication skills to handle contract documentation and correspondence. Strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation. Proven ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Proficient in standard business software such as Sharepoint and Microsoft Office.
