Description
* Execute daily production plan to align with customer demand.
* Monitor workflow across departments such as CNC machining, manufacture, painting and assembly.
* Ensure all doors meet required specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. Work with Technical/ Quality team to effectively RCA on NCR’s.
* Supervise and lead production teams. Lead tier meetings and champion SIC drumbeat.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste (Lean principles).
* Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee maintenance of all machinery.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and safe working practices.
* Control production costs, labour efficiency and material usage.
* Investigate and resolve production issues, defects, or delays.
* Maintain production reports, KPIs, and perform.
Key Responsibilities
* Strong leadership and team management in a manufacturing environment.
* Solid understanding of door manufacturing processes (preferable).
* Knowledge of CNC machinery and automated production lines.
* Quality control and attention to detail.
* Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
* Good communication across departments.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Resilient and pro‑active.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
* Proven experience in a Production Manager or Supervisor role within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
* Track record of driving improvements within a growing business. OTIF, OEE, Scrap reduction.
* Turning challenges into opportunities.
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (desirable).
