- Act as the Ultimate SME: Serve as the escalation point for the most complex reporting challenges, navigating security constraints and data quality hurdles with ease.
- Champion Strategic Analytics: Influence the broader strategy by aligning Workday insights with BI platforms like Power BI, ensuring a seamless data integration approach.
- Empower Others: Nurture a growing network of \"Reporting Champions\" across the organisation through high-level training and knowledge sharing.
The Expertise You Bring
- Workday Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience in Workday reporting (including Composite reports) and a comprehensive understanding of Workday’s data structures.
- Technical Toolkit: Practical working knowledge of DAX and SQL coding, alongside experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Stakeholder Savvy: Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technically robust solutions while managing senior stakeholders effectively.
- Data Disciplinarian: A strong advocate for data governance, naming conventions, and version control.
- Qualified Professional: While not essential, being a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
Why Join This Team?
You will be joining an organisation that truly values its people. We foster an environment built on trust, transparency, and inclusion, where employee wellbeing is a top priority. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions under broad direction, contributing to a mission that makes a real difference in people's lives.
