SEN Support Staff & Behaviour Mentors – Agency Work Location: B29 (South Birmingham) Start: ASAP Daily & Short-Term Cover | Full-time & Part-time Available Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or Behaviour Mentor looking for flexible agency work? Do you have the confidence to support pupils with additional needs and manage challenging behaviour in a school setting? We work closely with a range of primary schools, secondary schools, and specialist provisions in the B29 area who regularly require reliable SEN support staff and behaviour mentors for daily and short-term cover. These roles are ideal for individuals who can build positive relationships, provide consistent support, and help pupils remain engaged in learning. You may be supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assisting with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and access to the curriculum.
