Senior Leadership Role within rapidly expanding UK firm
Are you a commercially driven Private Client Tax leader ready to shape strategy, influence growth, and build something lasting?
We’re looking for an experienced Private Client Tax Partner to take a defining role in the future of our Private Client practice. This is a senior, influential position with real autonomy, firmwide impact, and responsibility for advising a high-value, complex client base.
The Opportunity
As a Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, HNWIs, families, and trustees, leading complex advisory work across income tax, CGT, IHT, trusts, succession planning, domicile, residence, and wealth structuring. You’ll work alongside fellow Partners to set strategic direction, drive growth, and shape culture. You’ll own key client relationships, lead market-facing activity, and play a central role in expanding and strengthening our Private Client Tax offering.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and grow the Private Client Tax service line with clear strategic ownership
* Act as the go-to advisor on technically complex and high-risk matters
* Build, retain, and deepen relationships with high-value clients
* Drive business development, profile, and thought leadership
* Mentor and develop senior talent and future leaders
* Contribute to firmwide Partner strategy and decision-making
About You
* ACA, CTA, or equivalent
* Proven Private Client Tax experience at Partner / Director / senior leadership level
* Strong technical expertise and commercial mindset
* Track record of winning work, growing portfolios, and leading teams
* Entrepreneurial, confident, and values-led leader
