As our business continues to grow, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as an Apprentice Technical Sales & Projects Engineer. What You’ll Be Doing This role offers a rare chance to enter the HVAC industry through a structured and hands-on apprenticeship. You’ll gain experience across both the technical and commercial sides of the business, working closely with skilled engineers, project managers, and sales professionals. You’ll be involved in: * Supporting the sales team with technical enquiries and proposals * Joining experienced colleagues on client meetings and site surveys * Assisting with quotations, system designs, and supplier coordination * Learning installation methods, system commissioning, and industry regulations * Helping manage job tracking systems and project documentation * Building strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Every day will bring something new, from designing systems and solving technical challenges to supporting real-world projects from enquiry through to completion. What We’re Looking For You don’t need previous industry experience, just a genuine interest in engineering and a desire to build a career in air conditioning and refrigeration. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and keen to learn.
