THE JOB:
Develop new and grow existing business within Client Developers & Regional House Builders.
Engage with main contractors, build to rent market, M&E Contractors, and Merchants.
Work with the Projects Team to secure specifications led by client developers and regional house builders.
Utilise tools such as Barbour ABI, CRM, and networking to build a specification pipeline.
Convert specifications into sales through effective relationship building and negotiation.
AREA: This role is home based so we are flexible where you live as you will be covering the North, you will be covering from Birmingham upwards so you can be based in the Midlands, North West, Yorkshire, North East area.
THE PERSON: It is key that you have the Specification, Regional House Builders, build to rent, M&E Contractors and Merchants experience, industry wise doesn't have to be within the bathroom industry, that's ideal, you could come from flooring, construction, plumbing etc. This ...
